Abstract	The article considers the issues related to the interconnections between scientists and practitioners during the postgraduate certificate training of military prosecutors and investigators of military prosecutor’s offices. In terms of abovementioned cooperation in the course of postgraduate certificate training at the National Prosecution Academy of Ukraine and local prosecutor’s offices, positive examples are provided. The author proposes to conduct compulsory training for the first appointed military prosecutors and investigators.
